Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as D-Russ Paints does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes original artworks, prints and other products where you have changed your mind after purchase, selected the wrong item, or no longer wish to keep the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact D-Russ Paints as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
